Overflow Estimating Support
Project-defined capacity for contractors with more estimating work than one estimator can reasonably handle, but not enough sustained demand to add another full-time estimator.

Know the scope and fee before work begins.
The proposal defines documents, inclusions, deliverables, schedule, and final project price. The standard rate is $100 per hour with a $600 minimum engagement fee. The fee is credited to the project price, refundable before work begins, and nonrefundable after work begins. The remaining balance is due before final deliverables are released.
New plans, expanded scope, changed deliverables, or accelerated deadlines may require a revised proposal. One review is included when Horizon prepares the estimate; revisions, expanded or second reviews, and review of estimates prepared by others are additional work. Machine-control models are separately scoped and priced.
