Keep the initial message general. Do not attach plans or confidential project documents, or include planroom links, passwords, credentials, or payment-card information.

$600 minimum engagement fee
The standard consulting rate is $100 per hour, and the proposal states the final project price. The engagement fee is a down payment credited toward that price, not an additional charge. It is refundable if the project is canceled before work begins and nonrefundable once work has begun. The remaining balance is due before final deliverables are released.
